Typical Showroom Office Coordinator Responsibilities: Deliver a positive customer experience by greeting and assisting clients in the showroom and by phone with courtesy and professionalism.
 (Other duties may be assigned)

  • Support showroom sales consultants by qualifying walk-in customers, scheduling appointments, and assisting with transactions from quote to delivery.
  • Understand client needs, highlight product options, and follow up to ensure satisfaction, including requesting service reviews.
  • Contribute to sales initiatives such as promotions, home shows, and client events in partnership with the showroom team and marketing.
  • Perform general showroom support, including administrative tasks (data entry, correspondence, mail), floor presentation, hospitality services, and product training.
  • Maintain a neat, organized, and safe showroom environment.
  • Complete special projects as assigned and maintain regular, reliable attendance.

 

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, customer service, organizational, and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to change, and remain professional under pressure.
  • Enthusiasm for products and ability to help clients make informed decisions.
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting instructions and creating professional documents.
  • Basic math skills and knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook (Eclipse a plus).
  • Ability to operate standard office equipment; occasional travel may be required.

 

Physical Demands & Working Conditions

  • Frequently required to talk, hear, reach, handle, and use fingers.
  • Regularly required to sit, stand, and walk.
  • Occasionally required to climb, stoop, crouch, kneel, carry, and lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must maintain a consistent state of alertness and work safely.
  • Vision requirements include near and far clarity, depth perception, and color vision.
  • Work performed primarily indoors.
