Summary: The Electronic Test Technician is responsible for inspecting, testing, troubleshooting, modifying, overhauling, and repairing advanced avionics Line Replaceable Units (LRUs) using a variety of test equipment and solutions. The role ensures that all components are restored to serviceable condition in compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned:

• Apply electronic theory to test, troubleshoot, inspect, modify, overhaul, and repair avionics LRUs down to the circuit board level in a shop environment.
• Work collaboratively within a team to meet quality, delivery, and customer satisfaction goals.
• Follow established procedures and accurately interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
• Evaluate electrical, thermal, and mechanical characteristics of integrated circuits, components, subcomponents, and systems.
• Participate in root cause analysis and implement corrective actions in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Accurately record all activities using company software systems.
• Utilize the Business Management System (BMS) to follow established company and departmental processes.
• Demonstrate a working knowledge of industry terminology and best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
