Overview
LSAC’s mission is to advance law and justice by promoting access, equity, and fairness in law school admission and supporting the learning journey from prelaw through practice.
The Senior Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting LSAC’s mission, values, and growth by participating in the strategic direction of LSAC’s digital marketing efforts for paid and organic media, and subsequently enabling, placing, analyzing, optimizing, and reporting on the tactical executions in support of the strategy. This role works cross-functionally with internal teams and with media and creative agencies to execute all facets of paid and organic media plans, including the facilitation of creative assets and copy, ad tagging and tracking, and analysis and reporting. This person is an integral member of the LSAT test administration team, providing social media updates and audience insights during test administration, and acts as a backup to others in the LSAC digital team as necessary.
Salary range: $116,000 - $120,000, depending on experience

Supervisory Responsibilities
This role does not have internal people management responsibilities but does manage campaign executions with media vendors.
Position Type
The LSAC standard business hours are Monday-Friday, 8:30 a.m. - 4:45 p.m. ET. While these are the standard office hours for LSAC, as an exempt employee, the employee will be expected to work the hours necessary to satisfactorily complete their assignments in a responsible and professional manner.
Work Environment
This job operates in a remote and professional office environment. Whether remote or in-office, this role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Travel Requirements
Up to 5% of travel may be required for this position.
