We are pleased to announce the opening for a Power Platform Engineer who will join our Engineering Services team in Huntsville, AL and become part of our rapidly growing technology company operating in missile defense, cybersecurity, test range modernization, biotechnology, and space control marketspaces. You will provide support to the Missile Defense Agency Chief Engineer's office and more specifically the Director for Digital Engineering. You will be part of a team known for delivering modern, data-driven solutions that automate workflows, visualize insights, and enable smarter decision-making for our customers.

Responsibilities:
You’ll be designing, building, and deploying solutions using Microsoft Power Platform tools, including Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate. Your role will focus on turning business requirements into functional applications and dashboards that streamline processes, enhance collaboration, and improve data visibility across programs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure scalable, secure, and impactful solutions.

Basic Qualifications:

  • You must have a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution. A STEM degree is preferred.
  • You will need at least 5 years of professional experience, with no less than 1 of those years building solutions using Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
  • You must possess or can obtain an active Secret clearance.
  • You must be a U.S. citizen to be eligible for this position.
    Lacking any one of these disqualifies you from this job.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Greater than seven years of experience are preferred, with as many of those working with Power Platform.
  • In particular, proficiency with Power Apps is of interest to the government customer.
  • The following certifications are strongly desired: PL-100 (Power Platform App Maker), PL-300 (Power BI Data Analyst), and PL-400 (Power Platform Developer).
  • Additional certifications such as PL-200 (Power Platform Functional Consultant) and PL-600 (Power Platform Solution Architect) would make you further stand out from the crowd.
  • Demonstrated expertise designing and implementing Power Platform solutions in a production environment.
  • Experience working with DoD or large-scale enterprise IT systems.
  • Strong understanding of data modeling, reporting, and workflow automation best practices.
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions with minimal supervision.
  • Proven ability to collaborate in multi-disciplinary technical teams.
