Liberty FCU, a full-service credit union, is looking for a Concierge for Liberty Wealth Services to be the first point of contact for members engaging with the credit union's wealth management program. This role is responsible for delivering a high-touch, personalized experience, coordinating member interactions with financial advisors, and ensuring seamless access to wealth services. Duties and responsibilities:
Member Experience & Engagement
Greet and assist members seeking wealth services, providing a warm and professional first impression.
Schedule appointments, follow up on inquires, and ensure timely responses to member needs.
Educate members on available wealth services, including financial planning, investment management, retirement solutions, and insurance offerings.
Maintain a proactive outreach calendar for client check-ins, event invitations, and service reminders.
Operational Support
Coordinate advisor calendars, meeting logistics, and documentation flow.
Prepare onboarding packets, client intake forms, and follow-up materials.
Advisor & Team Collaboration
Serve as a communication bridge between members and advisors.
Support advisors with client prep, meeting notes, and follow-up tasks.
Help organize internal training, team meetings, and client appreciation events.
Marketing & Events
Promote wealth services through branch signage, newsletters, and member communications.
Assist in planning and executing seminars, webinars, and educational workshops.
Track attendance and feedback to improve future engagement efforts.
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
Experience in financial services, banking, or hospitality preferred.
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with CRM systems, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Passion for member service and a team-oriented mindset.
