Mechanical Aptitude
Strong mechanical skills with the ability to perform maintenance and repairs on various types of equipment.
Communication Skills
Clear and professional communication, both verbal and written.
Teamwork & Independence
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-driven environment.
Travel Requirements
Willingness and availability to travel extensively — up to 75% of the time — depending on project and business needs.
Heavy Equipment Operation Experience
Experience operating heavy equipment, including:
Skid steers
Telescoping material handlers
Conveyors
Trailers
Power tools and maintenance equipment
Driver’s License
Must hold a valid driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record.
Travel Rotation
Travel-based position following a structured rotation: 3 weeks on / 1 week off.
Travel Coverage
All travel expenses are fully covered by Advanced Drainage Systems (ADS), including:
Transportation
Lodging
Approved per diem
Flexibility Required
Candidates must be comfortable being away from home for extended periods and able to adapt to diverse job sites and conditions.
