Brief Description of PSU/School/DeptPosition Summary
The full-time ACT Statewide Trainer coordinates the implementation of evidence-based Assertive Community Treatment in selected sites across the state. This role provides trainings at various sites and at annual events and conducts fidelity reviews for ACT programs.
This position works remotely, and extensive travel is required.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in psychology or a related field, or CADCII certification, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to telecommute and work independently in the field.
- Proficiency with a variety of software applications and technologies.
- Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally. Must be comfortable with public speaking and presenting information to large and small groups.
- Extensive report writing is required for this position.
- Prior experience working on an ACT team is required.
- The candidate must pass state-required background and DMV checks, possess a valid driver’s license, have an excellent driving record, and be able to drive between sites in Oregon.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with program evaluation in an ACT context.
Lived and professional experience with mental illness and recovery.

Work Days/HoursTotal Compensation Range & Benefits Statement
The starting annual salary for this position will be $65,100 – $75,687, 12m @ 1.0 FTE. but may be negotiated above this rate dependent upon the factors above, the budget of the hiring department, and approval from HR.
