Job Summary
The Institutional Data Analyst Lead will support executive-level analytics, strategic decision-making and institutional goal realization. Primary responsibilities include data modeling and analysis of student, financial and human resource data using available tools (e.g. Tableau, SAP HANA Studio, etc.) and advanced reporting to support student success initiatives and University resource allocation.
The Institutional Data Analyst Lead will work with stakeholders to fully understand and document business rules, and to utilize the data effectively in both standard reports and ad-hoc analyses. They will need to effectively communicate with both business end-users and technical database developers.
Student Success will, from the time of early college outreach to graduation and beyond, support students in living a life of meaning and purpose. From a student-centered framework, our practice will be grounded in peer-reviewed literature, national best practices, and data-informed decision-making. Collaborating with the campus and community, Student Success will work through a holistic lens to support a community of learners in achieving success.
