We're now looking for an Operations Support Controller to support the GM and site management team and oversee the IFM contract and associated site facilities activity, achievement of H&S KPIs, and auditing sites to confirm legal compliance.

?A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

  • Deliver service-related initiatives
  • Regional training plans to be created, monitored and coordinated with Operational Teams
  • Oversee H&S compliance, identifying and resolving all gaps
  • Coordinate hazard reporting, accident investigations and H&S audits as required
  • Check that all records are compliant in accordance with legislation and DHL policy

?THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

  • Minimum 12 months' experience in warehouse or transport operations
  • Minimum12 month of experience in similar role
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety practices
  • Proficient in basic IT tools, including Excel
  • NIBOSH certification (desirable)
