Job Purpose:

This profile is key to ensuring the quality and safety of food products, complying with the regulations and standards required by authorities and the market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and ensure compliance with quality and food safety standards in the warehouse.
• Plan and conduct internal and external audits, as well as coordinate COFEPRIS audits.
• Maintain and update the quality management system, ensuring that all processes are documented and followed properly.
• Train and develop staff on quality and food safety topics.
• Implement corrective and preventive actions based on audit findings and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure quality at all stages of the production process.

Who We Are Looking For:

• Leadership: Ability to lead teams and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Communication: Skills to effectively interact with different levels of the organization and regulatory entities.
• Negotiation: Ability to resolve conflicts and negotiate with suppliers and customers.
• Specific knowledge as: FSSC2200, SQF, BRCGS, NOM - 081, NOM 120 and NOM 251
• Advanced English

• Availability: To work in Ciénega de Flores, N.L.
