Position_Description :

What You’ll Do:

  • Operate top-tier equipment like Caterpillar 140H and John Deere 672GP to perform grading, excavation, embankment shaping, and finish work to tight specifications.
  • Lay asphalt, base, and other materials with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Blade haul roads and contribute to general site work with a focus on quality and safety.
  • Travel to diverse job sites and adapt to changing locations and schedules.




Position Requirements :

What We’re Looking For:

  • 4+ years of Motor Grader / finish blade experience.
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Trimble GPS.
  • Solid understanding of construction practices and site operations.
  • Ability to service, oil, grease, and make equipment adjustments.
  • Familiarity with proper worksite signals and safety protocols.
  • Strong background in heavy civil construction is highly preferred.
  • Excellent housekeeping and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working with various measurements (metric, feet, hundredths).
  • Outstanding communication and teamwork skills.
