Processing various types of billing invoices and record keeping in various platforms. Be able to identify invoicing issues and determine course of action to correct discrepancies if arise. Must be willing and able to learn new skills and tasks as the department and position continues to grow and evolve.
Responsibilities
- Answer’s billing phone calls in a prompt, professional, and timely manner. Works with vendors and Driver Support Triage 1 and 2 agents on billing discrepancies or questions.
- Prints and prepares invoices, enters invoice charges in asset maintenance system using VRMS codes, creates Virtual Payments, and sends payments to vendor
- Keeps on ongoing spreadsheet of invoice status by when it was received, paid, and completed each day.
- Meets established deadline of invoice payment to vendors.
- Handles minor to medium level invoice issues.
- Works closely with and maintains a strong line of communication with many Company departments and external vendors.
- Ability to adapt to changes and additions to job tasks as this role evolves with the development of the department.
- ?Must have the ability to work from home if/when necessary.
- Must have stable internet with speeds adequate to run necessary applications for the job when working from home.
- Must have environment conducive to call center work when working from home.
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Customer service oriented
- Preferred Knowledge of Mechanical VMRS coding
- Preferred Knowledge of Class 8 Truck Warranty
- Effective problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability and desire to learn new skills and tasks.
- Geographical knowledge is a plus.
- Strong knowledge Office 365, Word, Excel, Outlook

Education/Experience
- Required: High school diploma or equivalent, some college a plus.
- Preferred: 0-2 years of billing experience
