Responsibilities

The Product Marketing Senior Manager will be responsible for the conception and execution of messaging and marketing campaigns designed to generate awareness (internally/externally) and lead generation for public safety worldwide. This role can be worked fully remote.

In this role, he/she will work closely with the SVP Public Safety and the marketing leadership team to identify the programs needed to produce thought leadership content, personas, and account-based marketing programs as well as strategic partnerships. He/she will also work closely with the regional marketing leads to develop a constant and targeted list of sales prospects worldwide. He/she will collaborate to define priorities, scope, plan schedules, drive work efforts, and monitor campaigns and programs from inception through delivery and measurement. He/she will be responsible for nurturing marketing strategies, SEO, marketing analytics and lead reporting. The Product Marketing Manager will work in a collaborative environment with cross-functional and global teams, including Global Marketing, Regional Marketing, Business Development, Product Development, and Sales.

Education / Qualifications

BA/BS in business, marketing, communications or related field; MBA a plus
6 to 10 years of software marketing experience in digital marketing, product marketing, and/or product management.
Public safety industry, SaaS, software or B2B technology marketing experience is a plus
Successful record in developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans and detailed project management
Highly effective written and verbal communication skills, as well as presentation skills
Ability to work in a constantly changing environment
Experience in managing and directing multi-national marketing programs is a plus

Knowledge and Skills Required

Strong understanding of key marketing concepts
Ability to develop and implement lead generation strategies
Able to analyze and understand marketing and business results to identify opportunities for improvement
Experience with Salesforce.com, Demandbase, SEO, account-based marketing and marketing automation tools is a plus
Passion / interest in technology
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Able to present information and ideas in a team or individual setting
Proficiency in (a) Microsoft Office – MS Word, Excel; strong PowerPoint knowledge required and (b) Adobe Creative Suite a plus
Additional knowledge of (a) CMS (b) Pardot is a plus
Must be a US Citizen or Green Card Holder
