Position Summary

The Line of Business Dispatch Representative is responsible for the scheduling, coordination, dispatching, and work order management of specialized line of business service for their designated region (NE, MA, or SO). These positions are focused on LOBs not already managed by central dispatch and will be focused on providing consistent support to their designated operating region.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage Jira cases for assigned line of business
  • Manage work orders (WOs) and purchase orders (POs) for assigned line of business including entry, additions, corrections, etc.
  • Provide excellent service to all WRE customers and employees (field and office) through frequent and thorough communication
  • Follow-up and research pricing issues as well as issues with Accounts Receivable
  • Administrate Concorde Sparc authorizations for assigned line of business as necessary.
  • Provide after-hours support as necessary for assigned line of business.
  • Coordinate and partner with sales to schedule and execute service
  • Provide dispatch coverage for assigned line of business
  • Facilitate the obtainment and response to all quote requests for assigned line of business
  • Facilitate, schedule, and coordinate subcontractor jobs as necessary
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance to technicians for phone/tablet issues
  • Maintain spare tablet stock
  • Update on-call calendar in Sharepoint
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to understand instructions furnished in written, oral or diagram form
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office. Including Excel, Word, Sharepoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to read and interpret documents including Company policies and procedures
  • Ability to speak, cooperate and communicate effectively and professionally with customers, co-workers and management
  • Ability to work independently and manage pressure to meet deadlines
  • Ability to perform basic math functions
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change quickly
  • Highly detail oriented, and able to note customer accounts with such details
  • Ability to learn operating procedures quickly and be able to execute consistently up to standard
  • Ability to respond to and maintain sensitive requests from regulatory agencies as necessary

Minimum Education / Experience / Qualifications

  • Must have High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 1 – 2 years of previous line of business coordination or general dispatch experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office tools
  • Must be able to operate in a drug-free workplace


The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $22.00 - $25.00 hourly at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.
