Shift patterns: Rotational (06:00-14:00 / 14:00-22:00 + 1 Sat a month)

?WHAT YOU'LL DO

• To plan, co-ordinate, supervise and report upon the work activities of a team
• Provide effective communication, leadership, motivation and training & development
• To manage the fulfilment of customer orders ensuring that all department targets and customer promise is met at all time

?THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• Warehouse Managerial Experience - 1 year
• Have strong operational knowledge of logistics and warehousing
• Have a strategic mindset and a passion for problem-solving.
• You're a natural leader with excellent communication skills, able to inspire and engage your team
