Fleet and Compliance Controller - Military veterans preferred

Shift patterns: Monday to Friday working 2pm-10pm

We are now looking for a Fleet & Compliance Manager to oversee the management of our vehicle fleet, ensuring adherence to regulatory compliance, optimising fleet performance, and implementing best practices in safety and sustainability.

?A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

• Review driver resource to match customer daily distribution plan
• Manage driver holiday allocation
• Track team and individual performance of your employees (Microlise, Tacho infringements , Contextual Speeding, Accidents )
• Track and manage attendance of your employees at individual level. Conduct welfare reviews
• Manage accident investigation and retraining/formal sanctions if required

?THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO

• 1 year experience of team management
• Knowledge of health & safety requirements
• Computer literate
• Excellent organisational skills
• Experience within a transport environment
