YOUR TASKS

Reporting to Senior Director, Financial Planning & Analysis, Asia Pacific excluding China, the job holder will manage finance reporting, planning and analysis for countries in the region. This position will also assist on leading the Finance Focus of Digitalization.

Responsibilities:

  • Keep close contact with finance team from different countries and Finance Shared Service Centre on financial and management reporting matters

  • As the regional contact of global finance reporting system, monitor and manage the system related reporting issues and provide guidance to the reporting entities

  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of monthly actual, forecast and budget by different countries in compliance with IFRS and internal reporting guidelines

  • Understand ESG reporting requirements for ensuring reporting quality

  • Develop financial model on forecasting, budgeting and 3-year plan in accordance with management requirements and global guidelines

  • Ensure finance policies and procedures are effectively implemented; review, define and propose finance reporting process improvements

  • Consolidate data collection and prepare financial analysis upon management or Global Controlling request

  • Engaged in Finance Focus of #FinanceGoingDigital, study / explore any digitalization initiatives that focusing on finance process efficiency enhancement.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines

  • Around 4-5 years’ experience in finance controlling, regional exposure is a definite advantage

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong business acumen

  • Good communication skills with good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Strong data analytical mindset and skillset

  • Knowledge of SAP and Express TM1 are definitely an asset

  • Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint, knowledge of Power BI and other computer literacy like AI, VBA, SQL is an advantage
