What you'll do:

As a Site Operations Manager, you'll be the driving force behind our operational success, leading high-performing teams and delivering exceptional results for our valued customers. • Lead and develop high-performing operations teams
• Oversee warehouse operations ensuring SLA compliance and customer excellence
• Drive performance improvements through data analysis and strategic implementation
• Champion safety, compliance, and continuous improvement culture
• Manage resources and logistics to optimise costs and exceed expectations
• Provide training, coaching, and succession planning for team development

Your Success Profile:

• Proven operations management experience in 3PL logistics or supply chain
• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate and develop teams
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Proficiency in Warehouse Management Systems and MS Office
• Tertiary qualifications in logistics, supply chain, or business (preferred)
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments managing multiple priorities
• Strong experience with WMS systems (Manhattan WMS preferred)
