Description

The Leidos National Security Sector is seeking an experienced Facilities Program Manager to lead a mission-critical program supporting a federal law enforcement agency’s real estate and facilities management initiatives. This role will oversee the strategy, implementation, and operational management of technology systems—primarily TRIRIGA—that optimize real estate portfolio and facilities operations. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage performance metrics, and ensure seamless delivery of all operations and support services. This position requires daily presence in Washington, DC.

At Leidos, you will join a team of innovators tackling some of the world’s most complex challenges through advanced technology solutions. We offer a collaborative environment where your TRIRIGA expertise and leadership will directly impact mission success, while providing exceptional opportunities for professional growth and advancement. This position is on a future contract pending award announcement.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage program financials, develop schedule estimates, track progress, oversee contract performance, assess and mitigate risks, analyze requirements, allocate resources, and ensure quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the Contracting Officer (CO), Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR), Government Program Manager, and the Contractor’s senior leadership.

  • Lead and supervise project team members, fostering a collaborative environment and ensuring alignment with TRIRIGA project objectives.

  • Support Government audits by providing documentation and evidence to uphold Configuration Management (CM) and Quality Assurance (QA) standards.

  • Prepare for and participate in meetings, status reports, and program reviews, including the Program Monthly Review (PMR), Monthly Status Reports (MSRs), and Operations Change Control Board (CCB), delivering inputs, presentations, and actionable insights.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 8+ years of prior relevant experience. At least 3 years of experience with TRIRIGA, IWMS or other property management systems is desirable. (additional experience, education and training may be considered in lieu of degree)

  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams, managing diverse stakeholders, and driving project execution within scope, budget, and schedule.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences and negotiate effectively with stakeholders.

  • Experience collaborating with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and real estate service delivery teams to integrate new technologies into real estate and facilities management processes.

  • Demonstrated ability to plan and execute technology/system rollouts, coordinating with facilities and project managers to ensure successful implementation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing TRIRIGA or other Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS) implementations on federal government contracts.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification.

  • Familiarity with federal real estate and facilities management processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.

  • Experience with data integration, reporting, and analytics related to real estate operations.

  • Prior experience in system configuration, testing, and deployment for enterprise-level technology solutions.

  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure and cloud-based systems relevant to real estate and facilities management.

  • Experience working with government stakeholders, Contracting Officers (CO), and Contracting Officer’s Representatives (COR).

  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide junior team members or cross-functional teams.

  • Knowledge of cybersecurity and data privacy standards applicable to government technology systems.

At Leidos, we don’t want someone who "fits the mold"—we want someone who melts it down and builds something better. This is a role for the restless, the over-caffeinated, the ones who ask, “what’s next?” before the dust settles on “what’s now.”

If you’re already scheming step 20 while everyone else is still debating step 2… good. You’ll fit right in.
