EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field; equivalent work experience may be considered.
• 5+ years of experience in construction inspection, project management, or related building assessment role.
• Strong of building codes, safety regulations, and construction standards.
• Prior experience managing or leading assessments across multiple projects preferred.

SKILLS/ABILITIES

• Proficient in using MS Office Suite, ERP Systems and MRP.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
• Proficiency with project management and inspection software.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently and provide objective assessments.
• The ability to communicate effectively with different people in varying fields and positions.
• Must comply with company and government reporting and documentation standards.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

• Lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling up to 20 pounds.
• Must be able to sit, stand, walk for prolonged periods.
• High noise levels are common with general maintenance.

WORK ENVIRONMENT

• This is an Onsite position that requires work to be performed onsite at an Aleut location
• Working indoors in an office environment, though may be some exposure to heat/cold, noise, dust, mist, and/or fumes.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS

• Must possess a valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening and drug test.
• Must be able to obtain a favorable National Agency Check (NAC) per contract.
• Must complete all mandated training requirements per government and management directives.
• Must be proficient with the English Language per contract.
