Overview
Manage and deliver high quality, minor projects, repairs and service to Facilitate Customers.
Responsibilities
Understand Janus products and Storage Facilities needs to establish subcontractor scopes of work.
Identify and establish a subcontractor base in various geographical regions of our working area.
Transmit plans, Scopes and specifications to subcontractors for bidding and delivery purposes.
Manage, oversee and contract out jobs from $5,000 - $150,000.
Promptly provide customers with communication and feed back regarding their required works and services.
Ensure all works are being carried out in conjunction with Janus / Facilitate SOP (Standard Operating Procedures)
Communication within the team & Janus Core to compile, elevate and better complete ongoing jobs.
Provide customers with indicative and actionable pricing for facilitate service offerings.
Present and upsell or intercompany opportunities to management and sales Representatives.
Communicate requirements and legalities surrounding ongoing and upcoming works to appropriated contractors and vendors, along with vetting and confirming documentations required and logging into the vendor files.
Assist the Estimation teams, and Management staff in pulling or establishing permits for various projects.
Research and identify the potential need for business licenses, permitting and requirements in varying markets.
Assist with new facilitate initiatives and opportunities as required.
Use and management of ongoing jobs through client portals as requested and through Facilitates specific IMS and assist with process updates and procedure changes to suit functions.
Reporting on ongoing and progress of jobs.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or minimum of three years related experience.
General Construction/ remediation and Maintenance knowledge and experience.
Intermediate computer skills required including proficiency with MS Office & takeoff software.
Travel up to sites and locations as needed local with occasional interstate.
Ability to effectively communicate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, customer representatives & internal staff.
Ability to read and understand blueprints. Possess a general knowledge of construction means & methods.
Knowledge and understanding of Storage industry requirements and facilities services specifications.
