Adobe Creative Cloud Application Analyst and Graphic Support Assistant

Job Summary:

Must be analytical and have the technical proficient support and deliver advanced-one-on-one support-via walk-in, Microsoft Teams, email, and telephone for all PRC-supported desktop applications. Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud is required, with secondary proficiency in the applications listed below:

1.    Microsoft Office 365: Including, but not limited to Excel, Access, Project, Word, InfoPath, OneNote, Outlook, PowerPoint, Publisher, and Teams.

2.    SharePoint and Visio: Current and future versions of SharePoint 2016 and Visio 2016.

Essential Functions:

•    Deliver Adobe Creative Cloud training from basic to advanced levels in person (up to 12 students) or virtually via Microsoft Teams. 

•    Provide graphic design support, including the creation of 2D and 3D digital or freehand graphics for print, web, and multimedia platforms (e.g., posters, digital signage, brochures, banners, animations).

•    Technically knowledgeable and capable of assisting customers with any application updates and/or PRC hardware changes within 15 days.

•    Set up and routinely inspect all training room hardware, including Smartboards, participant workstations, and classroom setups—for functionality prior to instruction. Report unresolved issues to the service desk.

•    Support customers in the use of peripherals and specialized hardware, including scanners, laminators, paper folders, binders, CD/DVD duplicators, removable media, and video capture devices.

•    Maintain and track loaner equipment (e.g., projectors, digital/video cameras). Ensure items are logged in the database, operational, and properly stored when not in use.

•    Capable of developing, updating, and revising user guides provided for customers in the PRC. The contractor must troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to PRC equipment or escalate as appropriate.

•    Conduct research to recommend new hardware or software solutions based on customer needs. 

•    Technically proficient in operating and maintaining laser engravers for custom engraving on objects such as plaques, cups, and coins. 

•    Knowledgeable of the PRC’s specialty equipment and perform routine maintenance and perform minor troubleshooting and repairs when feasible.

•    Perform additional routine support duties related to the PRC, as needed, and within the general scope of this PWS.

•    MRPT

Education and Experience:

•    Bachelor Degree in a relevant field.  

•    Certifications or training in Adobe Creative Cloud and graphic design are preferred.

• Relevant work experience may offset the educational requirement. 

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:

•    Microsoft: Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 (including specific applications like Teams, SharePoint, Exchange Online), Azure, SQL Server, Power Platform.

•    Adobe: Creative Cloud (including specific applications like Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, Acrobat), Adobe Experience manager (AEM).
