SUMMARY
The Pricing Coordinator provides critical administrative and analytical support to the Pricing and Sales departments. Key responsibilities include quoting, updating and maintaining tariffs, publishing accepted rates in tariffs and contracts, generating weekly reports, and performing various clerical and support duties as needed
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Edit and maintain contracts and tariffs in compliance with Surface Transportation Board (STB) and Federal Maritime Commission (FMC) regulations.
  • Review and prepare rate quotes as requested by internal departments and customers.
  • Generate and distribute reports for multiple departments.
  • File, organize, and maintain tariff filings.
  • Copy, distribute, and electronically archive Pricing documents.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by Pricing Management.
  • Assist with contract work as needed.
  • Consistently uphold company policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • 1–2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a pricing, logistics, or sales support role.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, with proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Basic analytical skills preferred.
