Beyond our syndicated solutions, we also integrate and synthesize data to deliver unparalleled analytics and insights into various aspects of the 340B program and the pharmaceutical supply chain.

The FP&A Manager is responsible for leading financial planning, reporting, and analysis while driving operational excellence across the practice. This position will work closely with leadership and business development teams to align financial strategies with growth goals.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the preparation and analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including variance analysis and KPI tracking.
  • Managing the annual budgeting process, ensuring accurate and timely forecasts, and tracking budget-to-actual variances.
  • Providing insightful analysis to support strategic initiatives, such as mergers & acquisitions (M&A) analysis, due diligence, and integration planning.
  • Supervising and mentoring team responsible for monthly invoicing, execution of payments on behalf of clients and reconciliation of cash accounts related to client funds.
  • Collaborating with business development and product development to understand business drivers and align financial strategies with company goals.
  • Support Business Development in management of client contracts.
  • Identifying areas for improvement in financial systems and processes, including the implementation of new technologies. Provide support as needed for payment operations related to client services

Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5-7 years of experience in finance or accounting with progressive responsibilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting.
  • Experience with financial reporting and analysis.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Business acumen and strategic thinking.
  • Experience with Excel, Workday, SAP and financial planning software and tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting, with relevant experience.
  • CPA or MBA preferred

Salary: $150,000 - $200,000

Candidate must be able to submit verification of his/her legal right to work in the United States, without company sponsorship.
