Siteimprove is a global leader in digital accessibility, content optimization, and web governance—empowering organizations to deliver inclusive, high-performing digital experiences. With the launch of Siteimprove.ai—the only enterprise platform that unifies content compliance and content performance—we’re leading the way in the AI era, where content must perform for both humans and AI. From accessibility to SEO/AIO, analytics, and content strategy, our Agentic Content Intelligence Platform empowers organizations to optimize high-performing, compliant content that’s discoverable by all.

With customers worldwide and growing momentum across EMEA, we’re looking for a high-performing Account Executive to help accelerate our expansion across the region from our Copenhagen HQ.
In this quota-carrying role, you’ll lead new business efforts across strategic accounts in EMEA, focusing on organizations headquartered in or managed from Denmark. You’ll engage with stakeholders in digital, marketing, IT, and accessibility to uncover challenges and deliver impactful solutions through Siteimprove’s SaaS platform and our innovative AI-powered capabilities.

This is a critical role in our EMEA growth strategy and a unique opportunity to make a real impact in a purpose-driven, fast-paced, and international organization—helping shape the future of digital content while delivering measurable results for our customers.

We encourage candidates from all backgrounds to apply—even if you don’t meet every single requirement. If you’re excited about the opportunity and aligned with our mission, we want to hear from you.

What you will be doing

  • Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close across your assigned territory within EMEA
  • Acquire new logos and expand strategic relationships within named accounts
  • Engage key decision-makers in Marketing, Digital, Communications, Accessibility, and Procurement
  • Lead high-impact, value-based sales conversations aligned with customer goals and KPIs
  • Partner closely with Pre-Sales, Marketing, Value Consulting, and Customer Success to deliver tailored solutions
  • Maintain strong pipeline management and accurate forecasting in Salesforce
  • Attend customer meetings, industry events, and regional trade shows (travel up to 25%)
  • Stay current on digital experience trends, accessibility legislation (such as EN 301 549), and MarTech innovations
  • Contribute to a high-performance sales culture centered around learning, feedback, and team collaboration

What we will require of you

  • 5-7 years of SaaS sales experience, ideally in enterprise or upper mid-market segments across EMEA
  • Strong track record in selling to digital, marketing, and web experience teams
  • Solid understanding of the MarTech, digital experience, or digital accessibility ecosystem
  • Proven ability to win new business and expand strategic accounts
  • Skilled at navigating complex sales cycles and presenting to senior and C-level stakeholders
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in Danish or another European language is a plus
  • Comfortable operating in a hybrid role based out of our Copenhagen headquarters
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

What we will love about you

  • Experience with tools like Adobe Experience Cloud, Oracle, 6sense, Demandbase, etc.
  • Familiarity with European digital accessibility legislation (WCAG, EN 301 549, EU directives)
  • Exposure to value-based selling methodologies (MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN, etc.)
**Additional Compensation: Quarterly commissions subject to the terms of the applicable commission plan.

At Siteimprove, we typically offer salaries that fall between the minimum and midpoint of the range. The pay for the successful candidate will depend on various factors, including work location, relevant knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience.
