DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

 

1.    Greet employees, suppliers, customers, and visitors promptly and professionally; determine needs and assist each guest appropriately ensuring the safety and security of the building.

 

2.    Manage incoming telephone calls, overflow calls, and solicitations for all service centers.

 

3.    Responsible for all in-house beverage sales for customers and employees.  Assist with maintenance and security of petty cash.

 

4.    Perform routine administrative tasks such as such as data entry, updating documents or forms, mail/package distribution, scheduling meetings, and ordering lunches.

 

5.    Assist with special events including flu shot clinics, uniform events, and parties.

 

6.    Assist with recruiting support and onboarding as needed.

 

7.    Act as back up for accident, injury, incident reports, and in-house drug testing. 

 

8.    Responsible creating and updating customer information in RAS.

 

9.    Perform regular audits of customer ABC permits and notify appropriate parties to troubleshoot issues.

 

10.  Responsible for verification of ABC Permit employee renewals.

 

11.  All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

 

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Possess education equivalent of a high school diploma plus some post-secondary course work; possess one year of similar or related experience.

 

  1. Possess proficiency in Microsoft Office products.

 

  1. Possess intermediate mathematical skills performing calculations involving decimals, percentages, fractions, etc.

 

  1. Possess judgment and decision-making qualities for situations that go beyond clear, concise guidelines and the ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.  

 

  1. Possess the ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific and technical information such as financial reports and legal documents.  

 

  1. Possess advanced communication skills and the ability to write reports and correspondence. Possess the ability to speak effectively before groups of customers, employees or management.

 

  1. Possess the ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.

 

  1. Possess the ability to obtain and maintain an active beer and wine sales license.

 

  1. Possess the ability to maintain regular and punctual attendance.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

While performing the functions of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit; use hands and fingers, handle, or feel and talk or hear.  The employee is occasionally required to walk and reach with hands and arms.  The employee must regularly lift or move 25 lbs. and occasionally lift or move up to 40 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and color vision.  The noise level in the work environment is generally quiet.
