1.Β Β Β Β  Purpose

Responsible for alignment and implementation of operational strategy at branch to channelize E-Retail operations

2.Β Β Β Β  Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities

Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β  Drive adherence to Standard Operating Procedures and Execution Excellence in the Branch for E Retail (e.g. On-time delivery performance, Transit times, net service levels, SLAH, RTO reduction, timely connectivity onto the network, reduction in errors etc)

Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β  Drive safety and security of all E Tail shipments in the Branch

Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β  Drive timely, accurate and profitable delivery of shipments to customers

Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β  Track and monitor locations in the branch and ensure they meet their MOO targets

Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β  Follow up with locations to ensure adherence to initiatives taken from national level

Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β  Provide guidance and support to employees to help them discharge their duties effectively

Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β  Ensure that the branch is adequately staffed as per the manpower requirements at branch

Β·Β Β Β Β Β Β Β Β  Ensure Training and development of subordinates to develop the team’s capabilities and high performance culture
