Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer queries via email and phone with professionalism and efficiency.
Utilize customer and DHL systems to manage orders and follow up on deliveries.
Monitor systems for tracking and reporting, ensuring smooth operations.
Collaborate with warehouses and customers to resolve logistical issues.
Investigate and address problematic cases and escalated issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Create and manage customer orders in different system
Requirements:
Fluency in Czech and English.
Fresh graduates, entry-level candidates are welcome, experience in customer service/ international logistics is an advantage.
Proficient in MS Office programs
Strong teamwork and customer focus.
Excellent communication skills.
