Collaborate with leadership to develop HR strategies supporting cluster business objectives
Act as a trusted advisor to managers and senior leadership, offering guidance across HR functions including performance management, employee relations, compensation, and organizational development
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for cluster positions—aligning manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, and integration across sites
Handle employee grievances, conflict resolution, regulatory compliance, and liaison with union or contract labor where applicable
Identify learning needs and design L&D programs; support talent development and future leadership pipelines
Drive performance appraisal cycles, KPI setting, and maintain a fair and effective system across the cluster.
Education: Post Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline
Experience: 10–15+ years in HR, with cluster or regional leadership exposure—preferably across Maharashtra and Gujarat
Sector Exposure: Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, sales, or multi-site operations is a plus, especially with IR exposure
Skills:
Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office
Analytical mindset with experience in HR metrics management
