The Airborne Systems Business Area, part of the Defense Sector at Leidos, currently has an opening for a cleared Property Analyst to work in our Beavercreek, OH office. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience helping the Air Force Research Lab, Air Force Lifecycle Management Center, and other DoD missions. Your role as a part of our Logistics team will be to support our diverse portfolio of programs which conduct a combination of software design and development, hardware interfacing and integration, laboratory experimentation, ground and flight testing to deploy cutting edge, next generation solutions.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Analyst who plays a key role in ensuring the governance, compliance, and effective management of government accountable property. This position is responsible for the oversight and execution of processes related to equipment accountability, including proposal support, administration, compliance assurance, and risk mitigation. The Property Analyst will manage and maintain detailed records, support inventory audits, and ensure the integrity and accuracy of property accountability systems. This role ensures accurate property accountability through inventory management, asset tagging/barcoding, and meticulous recordkeeping in compliance with applicable regulations.

 Primary Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the lifecycle management of Government accountable property, including acquisition, tagging, barcoding, and disposition.

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and update Government accountability databases in compliance with applicable regulations.

  • Conduct annual accountability inventories and reconcile discrepancies.

  • Support Government audits by preparing required documentation and facilitating audit processes.

  • Develop and implement governance procedures and internal controls to ensure ongoing compliance and accountability.

  • Assist in developing and enforcing property management policies, procedures, and compliance documentation.

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support property-related aspects of project proposals and ongoing contracts.

  • Identify and mitigate risks related to equipment accountability and recommend process improvements.

  • Support organizational development initiatives by refining asset management practices and contributing to policy updates.

Basic Qualifications

  • Active DoD Secret Security Clearance with TS/SCI eligibility.

  • Must be a US citizen.

  • Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years of relevant professional experience, or a Master’s degree in relevant field. Additional 4 years of relevant experience can be considered in lieu of a degree.

  • Practical knowledge of supplier contract governance, negotiation, and administration.

  • Experience supporting or executing tasks related to supplier development, sourcing, and cost management.

  • Familiarity with DFARS and regulatory compliance related to government or defense contracting.

  • Working knowledge of contract lifecycle management, procurement processes, and risk mitigation strategies.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work with cross-functional teams including project managers and technical staff.

  • Ability to work independently on moderately complex projects or assignments with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a regulated environment (e.g., defense, aerospace, or federal contracting), particularly with DFARS Business System (Purchasing) compliance.

  • Demonstrated success in supplier relationship management and supplier performance evaluation.

  • Proficiency in logistics, procurement or property management software.

  • Working knowledge of change management practices within supply chain or procurement transformation initiatives.

  • Strong data analysis skills for evaluating supplier metrics, costs, and contract performance.

  • Experience managing diverse or small/disadvantaged business (SDB) suppliers to support supply-base diversity initiatives.

  • Certification(s) such as CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management), CFCM (Certified Federal Contracts Manager), or PMP (Project Management Professional) are a plus.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $50,700.00 - $91,650.00
