This role operates in a dynamic, results-driven environment where agility and exceptional quality are paramount. The position requires the ability to rapidly pivot priorities, deliver high-impact analysis under tight deadlines, and maintain accuracy while managing multiple concurrent requests from senior stakeholders. • Forecasting & Predictive Analytics:Build and maintain forecasting models to predict quarterly and annual commercial performance; collaborate with BU leaders and Commercial teams to gather qualitative market intelligence that supplements quantitative forecasting; identify risks and opportunities in pipeline, flagging potential target misses early
  • Strategic Initiative Execution:Lead or support strategic initiatives focused on revenue growth, margin improvement, process optimization, and performance improvement
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:Facilitate regular touchpoints with Business Unit leadership to align on commercial priorities and performance drivers
  • Strategic Partnership:Coordinate with Sales & Customer Success executives and leadership to ensure alignment on retention and growth strategies; translate analytical insights into actionable business recommendations
  • Executive Communication:Prepare executive-level presentations and insights for CMO leadership and broader organizational consumption; present complex analyses to senior stakeholders with confidence and clarity
  • Process Optimization:Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvements; utilize AI tools to optimize and improve analytical output and efficiency; build scalable solutions that enhance RGO capabilities

Qualifications

  • 3-5 years in strategy, consulting, analytics, financial services, or similar roles with demonstrated track record of driving data-driven decisions
  • Technical Skills:Advanced Excel proficiency with ability to stand up data and financial models from scratch; experience with CRM platforms; presentation and data visualization software (PowerPoint, Tableau, Power BI, HEX, etc.); programming knowledge preferred (SQL, Python, or similar); process improvement and automation mindset with focus on building scalable solutions
  • AI & Technology Proficiency:Proactive desire and experience leveraging AI tools to improve analytical quality and efficiency; demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for AI-driven process improvements and automation
  • Core Competencies:Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; strong presentation skills with confidence presenting to senior stakeholders; analytical and problem-solving capabilities with ability to anticipate stakeholder needs; intellectual curiosity with proven ability to ask insightful questions that drive deeper analysis
  • Work Style:Ability to work independently while managing multiple concurrent projects; collaborative approach with proven ability to influence without direct authority; adaptability and resilience in ambiguous, rapidly changing environments; detail-oriented with commitment to accuracy under tight deadlines
  • Preferred Experience:Multi-business unit commercial models; enterprise technology/SaaS; tech-enabled services; B2B environments; healthcare technology/services; high-growth technology companies; Property & Casualty insurance sectors (Work Comp, Auto, Disability, Group Health) a plus
