ATA Services, Inc. is currently seeking to hire a Project Manager to work on a temporary assignment in Albuquerque, NM.
Pay Rate: $55.00 per hour with weekly pay
Start Date: ASAP
Schedule: Monday – Friday; 8:00am-5:00pm
Location: In-office in Albuquerque
Key responsibilities
Planning:
Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Create a detailed project plan, including tasks, resources, timelines, and budgets.
Identify and assess potential risks, developing mitigation strategies.
Develop communication strategies for internal and external stakeholders.
Team Leadership & Coordination:
Build and lead the project team, delegating tasks and fostering a collaborative environment.
Motivate and empower team members, facilitating communication and resolving conflicts.
Oversee the day-to-day progress of the project, ensuring tasks are completed as scheduled.
Monitoring & Control:
Monitor project progress, comparing actual performance against planned performance.
Manage the project budget, tracking expenses and adjusting as needed.
Oversee project deliverables and ensure quality standards are met.
Address issues and roadblocks, finding solutions to keep the project on track.
Stakeholder Management:
Communicate project progress, updates, and changes to stakeholders regularly.
Manage stakeholder expectations and address their concerns or feedback.
Project Closure:
Work with the client to obtain formal project sign-off.
Archive project files for future reference and use.
Analyze project performance, identifying lessons learned and areas for improvement.
