Overview
Sev1Tech is seeking a Fielding Coordinator to provide support to the Material Fielding and Integrated Product Support Branch.
Overview/Job Responsibilities
Manage property and assets involved in the fielding of tactical radio equipment, including tracking and forecasting all previously, currently, and soon-to-be fielded radio systems.
Maintain accurate records of all tactical radios and version and software configurations, covering PM Tactical Radios Portfolio.
Coordinate Tactical Radio (TR) procurement actions to aid material fielding and laboratory operations.
Track DA prioritization, funding, fielding schedules, and oversee inventories by unit, location, and at the national level.
Supervise and organize operations related to PM Tactical Radio systems, from hardware and software to field engineering, platform integration, acquisition logistics, and material fielding.
Develop organizational policies and determine resource and budget needs, providing leadership with regular briefings on ongoing and future operations.
Collaborate closely with industry partners to ensure alignment with Army initiatives.
Chair bi-weekly fielding meetings, bi-weekly training sessions, and weekly Integrated Process Team (IPT) meetings, and coordinate with mission partners in PM Close Combat Squad (PdM Nett Warrior) and PdM Tactical Cyber and Network Operations (TCNO).
Conduct semi-annual performance reviews, emphasizing skill development and compliance with Army Material Fielding regulations.
Ensure adherence to Army Regulation 770-2 in all fielding activities and reconcile any property accountability discrepancies.
Maintain accurate property books in compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities
Active DoD Secret Clearance.
At least ten (10) years of relevant experience in acquisition logistics, training and sustainment support.
Hands-on experience and training with Army Property Book Management, Army Regulation 770-2, and DA PAM 770-2.
Familiarity with U.S. Army Accountable Property Systems of Record (APSR), such as DPAS, LMP, and GCSS-A.
Experience in fielding C5ISR systems for the U.S. Army.
Proven ability to maintain and forecast inventories across various tactical units and platforms.
Proficiency in using Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and databases.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Understanding of U.S. Army tactical formations and their support within the Army Campaign Plan
