Will Call Associate
The primary focus of this position is to provide courteous and professional assistance to customers picking up will-call orders, which includes manual picking of orders from the manufacturing floor. Additionally, this position assists the Shipping Supervisor with various daily activities.
How You Will Help
Professionally assisting will-call customers by accurately locating orders, informing them of loading processes, and answering any questions
Assisting with picking of will-call orders and properly filing active orders that are pending customer pick-up
Maintaining necessary data and information to accurately produce reports as requested by management
Assisting Customer Service Reps with order changes and POD inquiries
Experience with Warehouse Management systems, coding, sorting and recognizing customer orders.
Assisting with other responsibilities and departments needs as warranted
