Overview

Curtis Blue Line is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Operations Manager to lead and oversee the performance, operations, and strategic direction of multiple store locations. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence, optimizing inventory and purchasing practices, and fostering a culture of leadership and continuous improvement across the region.


Must reside in Idaho, Arizona or Utah.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on leadership and operational oversight for assigned Curtis Blue Line (CBL) retail locations.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of scheduled inventory counts across all locations.
  • Analyze usage reports to refine purchasing strategies, coach Store Managers, and promote preferred vendor relationships.
  • Identify and manage clearance of obsolete or dead stock to improve inventory health.
  • Collaborate with the CBL Uniform Specialist to guide agency-specific custom uniform purchases.
  • Standardize production workflows across stores, including patch organization, item fulfillment, and quality control.
  • Develop and implement ongoing training programs for Retail Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) focused on product knowledge and operational processes.
  • Facilitate weekly staff meetings to align teams, share updates, and reinforce company goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, business direction and initiatives.
  • Create customer-specific quotes, product catalogs, and NPP pricing to streamline order entry and improve accuracy.
  • Assist and Train Store Managers on the bidding process and proposal development.
  • Provide leadership coaching to CBL Managers and address employee relations matters in alignment with company values.
  • Support additional initiatives and projects assigned to advance Curtis Blue Line's mission and strategic objectives.
Requirements:

Qualifications


Experience

  • 3–5 years of multi-store retail management or related operational leadership experience.
  • 3–5 years of direct people management, including coaching and performance development.

Skills

· Deep understanding of law enforcement products and equipment.

· Proven leadership in high-pressure, multi-site environments.

· Strong project management skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities and meet deadlines.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Education

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience demonstrating success in sales management and personnel training.

Travel

  • Willingness to travel up to 50% to support and visit CBL retail store locations.
