What you will be doing
The Business Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to provide meaningful insights that will drive business decisions for both our clients and the Bank. This position is responsible for assessing and monitoring the performance of various products within the market.
Primary Accountabilities:
- Business Systems Maintenance & Support: Maintains knowledge of business processes and related applications. Demonstrated aptitude for learning various operations systems and processes within the bank. Stays current in technical enhancements, methodologies and trends related to the assigned application(s) or process(es). Reviews and remains up to date on product/system bulletins, ensuring systems are properly maintained. Works alongside the Data team to interpret and transform information pulled.
- Analytics: Identify and suggest optimizations to improve performance based on analyzing company and product data. Collect relevant data from multiple sources to identify trends, actionable items, and user research to enhance existing product experience. Perform explorative data analysis using data modeling, data cleansing, and data enrichment techniques.
- Products, Services, and Systems Administration: Serves as subject-matter-expert for all products, services, processes, systems, and technology used by the Bank and its clients. Acts as system administrator for systems and manages relationships with vendors. Remains current on system bulletins and upgrades, identifying the need for further action or communication. Responsible for updating systems and specifications accordingly, to fit the needs of the bank or with changes to business processes. Leads change management across the organization for all products, services, and systems.
- Project Management & Implementation: Continuously explore opportunities to improve existing processes/systems and increase value to the business, both internally and externally. Make product suggestions and proposals. Create product campaigns to generate additional revenue for the Bank where it makes sense. May lead or assist in implementing new products and services.
- Collaboration: Collaborates with teams across the organization to define and develop recommendations to improve products, systems and processes. Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams including production, treasury management sales, and project management teams to optimize our business and improve customer experience.

Profession Experience & Education you bring: A Bachelor's Degree from four-year College or University with emphasis on business or finance; minimum 1-3 years' experience in a business analyst, project management, product management or similar role (preferably within the banking industry); or equivalent combination of education and experience.

For this position, we anticipate a pay range between $64,000 and $103,000 per year. Final offers will vary based on individual job-related knowledge, skills, and abilities. This position is eligible for a discretionary annual bonus based on individual and Bank performance.
