Operation Shift Manager (Makro Fresh Mahachai) - Military veterans preferred

Responsibilities

- Report to your superior, communicate and share with other section managers the shift performances, issues and pending tasks.

- Daily Monitor Picking Accuracy and take actions to minimize and prevent the picking errors.

-Control the receipt, picking, loading of products according to the WI, Safety policy, Quality policy and other company standards.

- Manage of claim performance not to exceed the targets.

- Perform Stages Control Inbound, Distribution, Outbound.

- Support the activities of the Operations area where necessary.

- Perform control in all areas (Pallets not mixed store, Cleanness of the area, Pallets in correct palletize pattern, Pallets are in good wrapped ect.,)

- Follow up that the times for the start of the shift, the break and the lunch are respected according to the agreed and confirmed time schedules.

- Productivity/Effectiveness and Direct Hours of the team according to the targets.

- Adjust the team according to the Daily Labor Planning.

- Performance Dialogues with your staff on daily base.

Requirements

- Bachelors or higher degree in any field.

- At least 2-3 years of experiences in logistics / supply chain Management or retail business.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good command of English both in written and spoken.

- Computer knowledge in areas of Microsoft Office, MS Excel (advance) is a must, E-mail, and Internet.

- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.

- Able to work under pressure.

- Able to achieve targets in short time.

- Good work attitude and accepting input from colleagues and HOD.

- Always ready to assist where required and completing on time assigned tasks.

- Maintaining good relationship with customer.
