What will you do:
Ensure correct implementation of HR processes in the system, with focus on time & attendance.
Review specifications and test cases, verifying results from a business perspective.
Validate data accuracy, process flows, and calculations against legal and business requirements.
Collaborate with HR Business Partners and IT Services to support process improvements and quality assurance.
Contribute to building a multifunctional QA team covering all HR topics.
What do we expect from you:
Strong HR background and interest in IT systems & digitalization.
German language skills (B2) to work with documentation and test protocols.
Good understanding of HR processes, especially time & attendance and payroll.
Analytical, detail-oriented approach with ability to follow test protocols.
Motivation to grow in a role combining HR expertise and QA testing.
Strong communication skills and willingness to work in an international team.
