We're now looking for a Senior Manager to take the helm of our daily operations!

?WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Maximise the performance of the operation by directing daily, weekly and monthly activities providing leadership, motivation, training and development of the workforce.
• Identifying and implementing action plans to reduce skill gaps, executing against the customer requirements, operational performance.
• Site Compliance management including HSE, Assets and Site Improvement plans, submission of weekly, monthly and annual business metrics, KPI reporting and project delivery.
• Facilitation and delivery of workforce engagement in collaboration with peer group to make DHL a great place to work.

?WHAT YOU'LL BRING

• Experience in both warehousing and Transportation environment
• Hold an International CPC Qualification (essential)
• Experience within the automation industry.
• Have excellent organisational and problem-solving skills
