Target Developer - Military veterans preferred

The Leidos National Security Sector (NSS) is seeking a highly qualified and skilled target developer and effects intelligence analyst to support EUCOM at RAF Molesworth, Cambridgeshire, UK. The targeting analyst will conduct thorough research to develop targeting materials of relevant facilities, individuals, equipment, and other items of interest in support of EUCOM. 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Responsible for conducting classified research to develop targeting materials.

• Must be familiar with Joint Publications, Joint Publications (JP), Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Instruction (CJCSI) standards, and EUCOM Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (or experience in lieu of degree) and 5+ years of experience as an imagery analyst, including imagery exploitation and creating imagery products? 

• 3+ years of experience as an all-source intelligence analyst, including using analytic tools to research data from multiple intelligence sources and analyze findings 

• 1+ years of experience with Intermediate Target Development (ITD) 

• 1+ years of experience in the EUCOM AOR 

• Experience working with partners across the Intelligence Community

• Experience with MIDB and MARS?   

• Knowledge of the DoD and IC

• Ability to work in a 24/7 environment

• Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a foreign disclosure representative   

• Experience with data analytics and visualization

• Knowledge of the intelligence cycle or Joint Targeting cycle?   

• Knowledge of national or commercial imagery   

• Knowledge of GEOINT tasking and collection processes and protocols   

• Possession of excellent interpersonal skills

• Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills, including briefing?senior leadership

• Graduate of the Joint Intermediate Target Development (JITD) Course

• Experience with data analytics and visualization
