Onboard Systems Hoist & Winch, located in Anaheim, CA is one of the world's leading providers of Search & Rescue (SAR) and Human External Cargo (HEC) advanced mission equipment for civil, commercial, and military helicopters.


Position Overview

Our Aftermarket coordinator is responsible for the leadership and general management direction of Aftermarket and Services for a Hoist & Winch sales channel. Responsibility scope includes direct accountability for service execution across all sites as well as direct responsibility for the aftermarket strategy as it pertains to the assigned region. This leader is accountable for driving strategic business initiatives, which include but is not limited to, driving modification and upgrade strategies, providing sales support, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


What You'll Do

  • Accountable for Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region aftermarket sales, technical, and service support
  • Supports and helps drive Hoist & Winch's business/operational strategy and growth
  • Responsible for EMEA region Aftermarket and Service strategic planning, development, and execution in collaboration with Business Development
  • Responsible for all Technical Support including field service, product support, training and publications
  • Responsible for leading all aspects of the service and support for the product lifecycle (i.e. sales support, new product entry, spares and material support, maintenance and repair, etc.)
  • Partner with Business Development to establish strong customer relationships in order to manage performance, track and improve customer satisfaction
  • Customer visit required at least every two weeks
  • Travel required up to 50%


Who You Are

  • Minimum 8+ years progressive experience in Aerospace, Aftermarket, Operations, or similar functional expertise or 5 years experience plus a bachelor's degree in related field
  • Previous customer-facing experience and relationships with European helicopter operators
  • English proficiency required
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and drive customer satisfaction at all levels (internal and/or external)
  • Demonstrated ability to manage medium contracts with customers, partners, and suppliers
  • Demonstrated ability to manage quality and delivery to drive customer satisfaction
  • Residence in Europe strongly preferred; Ability to work onsite in Anaheim, CA required for US persons.
