About the Role: As an Aircraft Maintenance Technician, you play a critical role in ensuring the safety, reliability, and performance of our aircraft fleet. You will be responsible for performing both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance in full compliance with FAA regulations, company policies, and manufacturer maintenance manuals. Your work directly supports our mission to provide safe and efficient air travel while maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence.
A Day in the Life:Your day will be dynamic and hands-on, centered around ensuring every aircraft is flight-ready and impeccably maintained. Typical responsibilities include:

Critical Thinker: You can quickly assess situations and make sound, safety-first decisions.Detail-Oriented: You understand that precision matters – especially when it comes to aircraft performance.Collaborative: You work well across departments, valuing communication and teamwork to achieve common goals.Organized: You can effectively manage tasks and prioritize under tight timelines without missing a step.Proactive: You don’t just react – you anticipate issues and take the initiative to address them before they escalate.Entrepreneurial Spirit: You bring energy, ownership, and creativity to your role, always looking for ways to improve processes and elevate the Customer experience.Required Experience:High school diploma/GEDAbility to occasionally lift 75+ poundsAbility to perform intermittent physical activity including bending, reaching, and prolonged periods of standing.Available to work flexible shifts including early mornings, late nights, holidays, and weekends.Participation in initial and random drug and alcohol screenings in accordance with the DOT and FAA guidelines.Ability to operate forklift, boom lift, scissor lift, etc.Ability to taxi and engine run an airplane.Must procure own tool set.Preferred Experience:Prior aircraft maintenance experience.Experience working with AMM, IBC, FIM, etc. for troubleshooting references.Skills, Licenses, & Certifications:Current and valid Driver’s license required.Current and valid Airframe and Powerplant Certificate required.Ability to operate in time critical situation with strong attention to detail. Pay & Perks:Compensation is $32-$44/hour. This was established after performing market research and is aligned with our approach to compensation.
