40 hours per week; Mostly Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm but there will be some evenings and weekends.
Job Summary
The Program Coordinator supports the Assistant Director for Intramural Sports in the mission of Campus Recreation to provide unparalleled recreation programs, services, and facilities that support students in living active lives of meaning and purpose.

This position is under the guidance of the Assistant Director for Intramural Sports and will assist with all intramural sports programming. The various intramural sports provide recreational leagues, tournaments and events that are responsive to the physical, social and recreational interests of the students and drive student engagement and belonging. Additionally, this position provides supervision to the intramural sports student staff, and will aid in the facilitation of trainings, scheduling, program management and collaborations with other areas of Campus Recreation.

Student Success will, from the time of early college outreach to graduation and beyond, support students in living a life of meaning and purpose. From a student-centered framework, our practice will be grounded in peer-reviewed literature, national best practices, and data-informed decision making. Collaborating with the campus and community, Student Success will work through a holistic lens to support a community of learners in achieving success.

Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Sport officiating experience.

Prefer a Bachelor’s degree and 1 to 2 years of intramural or university campus education experience, or equivalent.
