Position Summary

This is an ONSITE position located in Washington, D.C.

NCC is seeking an experienced and driven Project Manager for an upcoming contract (*contingent upon award) to lead critical initiatives within a high-impact program designed to rapidly scale and evolve the capabilities of today’s modern communications environment. 

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Provide guidance and direction for executive level projects implementing initiative management principles, business process development, business re- engineering, and strategic business projects.
  • Manage projects of high complexity and to direct the completion of projects within estimated timeframes and resource constraints.
  • Coordinate all parties to tasks and review work products for completeness, quality and adherence to customer requirements.
  • Read and interpret Government policy, regulations, and directives.
  • Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with executive personnel.
  • Provide executive level coaching.

Minimum Experience

  • Obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance (Must be able to back a background and credit check)
  • Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Business or a related field and 15 years of experience demonstrating the above responsibilities.
    • Only 12 years of experience required if candidate possesses a Masters Degree in Engineering, Business or related field.
  • Must have one of the following certifications:
    • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification.
    • Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Mid-level Project Management Certification or equivalent.
  • Read, write and speak fluent English.
