HME has a team environment with a culture of collaboration, learning, and growth. With subsidiaries located in California, Missouri, Canada, UK, India, and China, companies around the world depend on HME for clear, reliable communication solutions. From setting the standard for drive-thru headsets and timer systems in the quick service restaurant (QSR) industry to developing professional audio equipment used in the Olympic Games, HME strives to create the newest, most innovative products on the market while providing quality care and attention to its customers. At HME you will have the opportunity to learn and grow while developing our future products. Come join our team!

    • Foster a culture of creativity and ideation within the Product Management and Innovation teams, emphasizing go-to-market strategy and profitable market share growth.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making
    • Define and track product success metrics, including release cadence, feature adoption, monetization, satisfaction scores, and retention/churn.
    • Own the product P&L and drive decisions using strong business acumen and customer-centric KPIs.
  • Cross-Functional Influence & Communication
    • Communicate product vision and strategy clearly across Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and executive leadership.
    • Collaborate with the VP of Engineering to ensure initiatives are well-defined and aligned with the strategic roadmap.
    • Lead quarterly planning and maintain an evolving product backlog using Agile practices.
  • Team Building & Talent Development
    • Build and mentor a high-performing product team empowered to drive product lines independently.
    • Attract top-tier talent, foster professional growth, and implement performance management to drive accountability.
  • Operational Excellence & Execution
    • Establish scalable processes for strategic planning, road mapping, product development, and go-to-market execution.
    • Proactively identify risks, optimize resource allocation, and adapt strategies based on data and market shifts.

What you will need to succeed:

  • Outstanding communication skills and proven stakeholder management expertise
  • Hands-on experience with Agile methodology and product lifecycle management tools
