Who We Seek


The Miller Hull Partnership’s marketing team is growing, and we are looking for a thoughtful, interested professional to join our team to assist in the myriads of tasks we provide from supporting pursuits and data management to graphics and website updates. 


If you are self-motivated, with a positive, team-player mentality, this is an opportunity to learn and grow your skills at an award-winning design firm. This position will join our existing marketing team of four professionals supporting 85 staff across two studios in Seattle and San Diego.


The ideal candidate will bring a genuine curiosity about design and marketing and a deep commitment to the firm’s guiding principles to Go Deep, Do Good and Be Bold, which is centered around design excellence, environmental stewardship, and enriching the human experience.


What You'll Do

  • Support proposals, qualifications packages, and presentations to support pursuit efforts
  • Support production and organization of marketing collateral, including resumes, project pages, and market specific information packets, etc.
  • Assist with graphics development 
  • Assist with website updates
  • Assist with award submissions
  • Assist in lead research
  • Assist in Deltek Vantagepoint content management
  • This position reports to the Marketing Manager

This will be a non-exempt position with a base hourly rate ranging between $30.75/hour and $33.65/hour. This base hourly rate does not include the value of bonuses, profit-sharing, and other benefits noted above.


We greatly value our culture of collaboration and mentorship and have established minimum required core hours for our entire team to be in-person together in our two studios. Remote work options are available outside of these core hours. 



Your Qualifications 

  • Positive attitude and willingness to jump in and help where needed!
  • High Attention to detail, strong communication and organization skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
  • Ability to maintain focus combined with the ability to re-direct when necessary
  • Bachelor’s degree, in Journalism, Marketing, Graphic Design, or other relevant degree
  • Proficiency Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, SharePoint)
