We are seeking an exceptional Managing Director for Czech Republic to define and execute our business strategy in Czech Republic, ensuring profitability, market expansion, and operational excellence.

What You'll Do:

• Lead with Purpose: Define and implement the divisional strategy, driving profitable growth and extending our market share
• Empower Teams: Build and inspire a motivated leadership team that values diversity and engagement.
• Drive Performance: Oversee sales, marketing, and operations, ensuring adherence to financial objectives and delivering best-in-class margins
• Innovate and Transform: Identify growth opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction while balancing client needs with profitability.
• Collaborate and Negotiate: Build strong relationships with partners and negotiate key agreements to propel our business forward.

What We Expect from You:

• Min. of 12 years of senior management experience in logistics, with a proven track record of managing large-scale operations and demonstrating success in GP and EBIT improvement.
• Extensive experience in a matrix organization, with the ability to build synergies between operations and support functions.
• History of successful business development and renewals, with a strong ability to balance client expectations and profitability.
• Proven people management skills aligned with corporate diversity, engagement, and performance goals.
• Fluent English with local language knowledge considered a plus.
