Your role:
We are seeking a driven and experienced Implementation Manager to lead and support operational project implementations across Poland and the CEE region.If you have a strong background in supply chain operations, project delivery, and cross-functional coordination this is your chance to make a significant impact in a fast paced logistics environment.

What will we do together?

  • Support the sales and solution design phase, including the development of Start-up / Implementation budgets.
  • Participate in the creation and sign-off of Concepts of Operation and IT Systems Architecture.
  • Drive implementation from the Define and Plan phases through Go-Live and Hypercare, working closely with the assigned Project Manager.
  • Lead operational readiness activities such as:
  • UAT (user acceptance test)
  • DILO (physical operational simulation before go live)
  • Ramp-Up & Transition planning and execution
  • Pre Go-Live audits and readiness checks
  • Provide on-site support during the first 2–3 months of operation, ensuring a smooth ramp-up and managing Operational Hypercare.
  • Coordinate with other workstreams including IT, Facilities, Security, Procurement to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Deliver a formal Operational Handover to the site team upon project stabilization.
Who are we looking for?

  • Solid understanding of the Supply Chain industry, particularly in Warehousing operations.
  • Hands-on operational and implementation experience within a logistics or supply chain environment.
  • Experience in project management methodologies; exposure to DMAIC or other process improvement
    methods is a strong plus.
  • Strong business, operational, and financial acumen to support effective decision making.
  • Excellent negotiation, influencing, and communication skills with the ability to align diverse stakeholders.
  • A self-driven leader who can work independently and take ownership of implementation success.
  • Driver’s license B and willingness to travel across Poland and the CEE region.
  • Fluency in Polish and English is required.
