We are hiring a senior-level Program Manager to lead complex programs across multiple agencies. The ideal candidate brings seasoned leadership, deep knowledge of the federal acquisition lifecycle, and the ability to manage large teams across diverse locations and functional areas. This role demands a strategic thinker who is also execution-focused and compliance-savvy.

This leader will be responsible for overall program performance, customer satisfaction, and growth within the portfolio. Candidates should be experienced in managing high-visibility contracts and navigating both programmatic and political dynamics within federal agencies.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as executive-level interface with federal clients, contract officers, and agency stakeholders
• Lead enterprise or multi-task order programs and ensure compliance with all contract terms
• Drive strategic delivery, risk mitigation, and operational excellence
• Develop and manage program deliverables
• Contribute to organizational growth through re-competes, new task orders, and strategic expansion
• Represent the company in agency meetings, industry forums, and proposal efforts
• Mentor and develop junior PMs and rising leaders

Requirements:

• Active Top Secret clearance
• Bachelor’s degree required
• 12+ years of progressive program/project management experience in the federal sector
• Proven track record of managing federal contracts
• Extensive client-facing and stakeholder engagement experience
• Strong understanding of government contracting processes, cost controls, and compliance
• Deep knowledge of performance-based service delivery and contractor accountability

Preferred:

• PMP equivalent program management certification
• Experience with GWACs, IDIQs, and federal shared services
• Executive presence and experience briefing SES, COs and CORs
