The Program

The IT Graduate Program is an opportunity to access a well-supported, fast track career pathway designed to expose candidates to real-life experiences to skills develop their skills and become highly valued team members.

Over 24 months, your Graduate experience provides you with:

• A full induction into the DHL Group
• Rotation through multiple roles within established and supportive teams, based on your skills, interest and business objectives.
• Involvement with operational and strategic projects with practical and tangible contribution that directly influence our customer experiences.
• A personal learning framework for your development, including monthly workshops and networking opportunities

About You

• You are on track to graduate by the end of 2025 or have already graduated within the last two years and hold or will achieve a Degree In IT or related fields
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Goal oriented, driven and excited to begin a successful career in logistics services and operations
• Full working rights within Australia
